Rebrand Prophecy is a creative Christian ministry using art and storytelling to present Bible prophecy simply and beautifully. Our online store has the potential to fund much of our work, and we’re looking for a Part-Time E-Commerce Manager to take care of the day-to-day operation of our Shopify store.
This role exists so the founder can focus on writing, teaching, and creative direction — while the store runs smoothly and professionally.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Shopify Store Management

Manage the Shopify backend day-to-day

Post new products and update existing listings

Set pricing (including international markets)

Create and manage bundles
Customer Service & Order Fulfillment

Respond to customer emails and inquiries
-
Monitor and resolve fulfillment issues
-
Coordinate with print-on-demand vendors
-
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
Sales & Reporting

Track profit margins and royalties on products
-
Flag trends, issues, or opportunities
-
Maintain basic reports for leadership
Product Sourcing & Optimization
-
Research and source print-on-demand products
-
Evaluate quality, pricing, and vendor reliability
-
Recommend improvements to product offerings
