Rebrand Prophecy is a creative Christian ministry using art and storytelling to present Bible prophecy simply and beautifully. Our online store has the potential to fund much of our work, and we’re looking for a Part-Time E-Commerce Manager to take care of the day-to-day operation of our Shopify store.

This role exists so the founder can focus on writing, teaching, and creative direction — while the store runs smoothly and professionally.

Your work directly supports a ministry helping people see Bible prophecy as hopeful, beautiful, and relevant — while ensuring customers and supporters have a great experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Shopify Store Management

  • Manage the Shopify backend day-to-day

  • Post new products and update existing listings

  • Set pricing (including international markets)

  • Create and manage bundles

Customer Service & Order Fulfillment

  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries

  • Monitor and resolve fulfillment issues

  • Coordinate with print-on-demand vendors

  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time

Sales & Reporting

  • Track profit margins and royalties on products

  • Flag trends, issues, or opportunities

  • Maintain basic reports for leadership

Product Sourcing & Optimization

  • Research and source print-on-demand products

  • Evaluate quality, pricing, and vendor reliability

  • Recommend improvements to product offerings
